Airport Transfer
How it works
Our airport staff are present at each of our designated airports on arrival and departure days. Upon arrival, our team members will be easily recognisable in the arrivals hall, displaying a Winchester College Summer Programme sign and wearing distinctive branded attire.
For departures, our staff will assist your child with check-in procedures and escort them to security. Further details will be provided in the Transfer Guide following your booking of the transfer service. Should you arrange Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service with your airline, please ensure you select the corresponding UM Transfer Service so that we may coordinate appropriately with the airline.
SERVICES
Standard (from £135)
For children 14+ years old not travelling with the UM Service.
UM Transfer Service (from £165)
For children under 14 years old and/or an inexperienced traveller travelling by themselves.
Please note: This is a mandatory requirement for most airlines, so if you’ve booked UM Service upon booking your child’s flight, please select this service when booking your transfer. Notify us of any further information provided by the airline.
Timings
Arrival Transfers
When:
Flights landing 08:00-16:00 on Monday
Departure Transfers
When:
Flights departing 11:00-18:00 on Sunday
In the unlikely event that you are unable to arrange flights during these hours, we may be able to arrange an out-of-hours transfer for an additional charge. Please email: info@winchestercollegesummerprogramme.com for further information.
Please note: We are unable to offer out-of-hours transfers that arrive after 23:00 or need to leave the school before 07:00.
Book Airport Transfer
Please book your course and flights before booking the airport transfer as you will need your order number. Please select UM Transfer if you’ve booked a UM transfer with the airline.
